Raviolis

My raviolis are made with fresh ingredients, packaged and then frozen.  Whether serving a crowd or dinner for two, the easily resealable packaging allows you to choose the proper portion.  The raviolis are to be kept frozen until ready to cook.  Due to my delicate dough recipe, the raviolis cook within 5-7 minutes and taste as fresh as the day they were made.  On those busy days my raviolis are the nutritious answer to, “what’s for dinner”.  With a simple sauce as not to conceal the classic flavors, you can have a meal within 15 minutes.  I  have created three flavors of raviolis: Chicken Pesto, Tomato Beef, and Vegetarian (Vegan is available upon request).
