As your personal chef, together we will create a meal that showcases the bounty of what Sonoma County’s Wine Country has to offer.  Using local suppliers, freshness is preserved by minimizing the time between harvest and your table.  From a perfectly planned picnic lunch to an elegant dinner party, our agreed upon custom menu will fit your unique palate. 

 

Each meal prepared for you will include appetizer(s), three course plated meal and a dessert.  For each event the minimum service charge is for 6 (persons) at $120 per person,  8 guests at $ 100.00 per person. In addition there is also a $20 per hour charge for each additional serve (minimum 1 serve per event).  Listed below are just a few samples of my rustic cuisine.

Italian (wet) beef Sandwich

Osso Buco over polenta

Sous Vide Duck Breast

Filet Migon with a Demi Glaze

Themed:

Taco Bar with all the freshest sides, including homemade refried beans, Spanish rice, and appetizers.
