About Us

As a young boy, I watched and participated in family days of ravioli making.  It would always bring back memories of the, “old country” and we would reminisce for hours.  It was then that I developed a love for cooking.  Now, for me, it is a creative way to share the nostalgic smells and tastes of days gone by with my children.  I provide them with a homemade meal without the added preservatives, all while keeping a tradition alive.  Today my mother, Teresa Breazeale, and I still hand-make the raviolis. 

I find great pleasure in hand-making raviolis from fresh ingredients I buy from other small local (Santa Rosa) businesses that you can serve to your family and friends.
